Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of enrollment and have not accessed more than 10% of the course content
- Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing the course for an extended period
- The course content significantly differs from the advertised description
- Duplicate payment was made in error
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Request made after 7 days from enrollment date
- More than 10% of course content has been accessed
- Student has attended live classes or downloaded course materials
- Account suspended or terminated due to violation of terms
- Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to the same card within 7-14 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refund will be transferred to the original bank account
- Mobile Wallet: Refund will be sent to the same wallet number
Note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered:
- If you have accessed between 10-30% of the content, a 50% refund may be provided
- For monthly subscription cancellations, unused days may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
- Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Sibling Discounts and Refunds
If you received a sibling discount and request a refund for one student, the discount may be adjusted or removed from the remaining enrollment(s). The refund amount will be calculated based on the adjusted (non-discounted) price.
Course Transfer
As an alternative to refunds, we offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a different course or semester of equal or lesser value. If transferring to a higher-value course, you will need to pay the difference.
Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Please allow up to 10 business days for dispute resolution.
