How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your account in one of two ways:

• In the app or platform: Settings → Account → “Delete account”. This submits a request to the school administration for review — the account is not deleted at the moment you tap it.
• Or by contacting us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +20 127 225 2222 from the email/number registered on the account.

Who can request deletion

For minor students, a parent or legal guardian submits the deletion request on the student’s behalf.

What is deleted

When the request is approved we permanently erase the personal data that identifies you, and the account can never be used to sign in again:

• Your name, email address, phone number and login credentials, including any saved passwords and two-factor settings.
• Your profile photo and personal profile details — national ID, date of birth, address, and for students any health information and emergency contacts.
• All active sessions and devices are signed out immediately.

What we keep, and why

Some records are not deleted. They remain in the system but are no longer linked to your name — they appear as belonging to a deleted user:

• Academic records: enrolments, grades, attendance and certificates. Schools are required to keep student records, and other people's records depend on them.
• Financial records: invoices, payments and salary records, kept under Egyptian law for at least seven years.
• Messages and content you posted in shared conversations and school activities. These stay so that the other people in those conversations keep a complete, coherent history — but they are no longer attributed to you.
• Audit logs, for security and compliance.

Timeframe

We process the deletion request within 30 days of confirmation. Deletion is permanent and irreversible and results in loss of access to the service and the content associated with the account.
