Acceptance of terms

By using the Eagle Sky Academy website, platform or apps, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of service

We provide an online educational service including live classes, educational content and academic tracking via a web platform and mobile apps for students, parents and teachers.

Eligibility and accounts

Parents or legal guardians register minor students and are responsible for their use of the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Fees and subscriptions

Some services are subject to fees per the published pricing plans. Prices are shown in the currency stated on the pricing page and may or may not include taxes as indicated. Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the “Refund & Cancellation” policy.

Acceptable use

When using the service you agree to:

• Not share your account or login credentials with others.
• Not record or republish live classes without written permission.
• Respect teachers and students and not post any abusive or unlawful content.
• Not attempt to disrupt the platform or gain unauthorized access.
• Uphold academic integrity and not cheat.

Intellectual property

All educational content, designs and trademarks of the Academy are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for educational purposes only. Work uploaded by a student remains theirs, with a license to us to use it only as needed to provide the service.

Live classes and recordings

Classes may be recorded for educational and review purposes. Recordings are kept confidential and made available only to authorized users. We apply safeguards to protect student privacy during classes, including camera controls. Users may not photograph, record or publish content involving other students.

Messages and notifications

By providing your phone/WhatsApp number you consent to receive service messages about study and support via the app, WhatsApp and push notifications. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.

Suspension and termination

You may terminate your account at any time (see the Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms or misuse, subject to any outstanding financial obligations.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to deliver a high-quality educational service, but we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version applies as soon as it is posted on this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
